Terms & Conditions — Ozzie's Adventures

1. About Us

Ozzie's Adventures is a dog walking and pet care service operated by Ozzie's Adventures ("we", "us", "our"). By booking any of our services, you ("the client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

Adventure Walks — Group countryside walks available Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Home-from-Home Boarding — Overnight or multi-night stays in our home.
Community Walks — Free monthly group walks open to all dogs and owners.

3. Bookings

All bookings are made via WhatsApp and are confirmed only once we have acknowledged them in writing.
A free meet and greet is required before any service begins for new clients.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Prices quoted are a guide. A personalised quote will be provided before confirming your booking.
Multi-dog discounts are available — please ask for details.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to request payment in advance for boarding services.
Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of adventure walk bookings.
For home boarding, we ask for at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, severe weather). We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date where possible.

6. Your Dog's Health & Welfare

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worming treatments.
Dogs must be in good health at the time of any service. Please do not send your dog if they are unwell.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or dietary requirements before the service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or end a service if we believe a dog poses a risk to other dogs, people, or our staff.
All dogs must wear a collar with an ID tag as required by law.

7. Insurance & Liability

Ozzie's Adventures holds public liability insurance covering our services.
Whilst every care is taken, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or illness that occurs during the provision of our services, unless caused by our negligence.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is insured. We strongly recommend pet insurance.
In the event of a veterinary emergency, we will contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we will seek emergency veterinary treatment and you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

8. Home Boarding

Dogs staying for boarding must be comfortable in a home environment and socialised with other dogs.
You must provide sufficient food, medication (if required), and any items your dog needs for their stay.
We will care for your dog as we would our own, but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by your dog to our property.

9. Photography & Social Media

We may take photos or videos of your dog during our services for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not wish your dog to be photographed, please let us know at the time of booking.

10. Community Walks

Community walks are free and informal. Participation is at your own risk.
You are responsible for your dog's behaviour and any damage or injury caused by your dog during community walks.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. Dogs with a history of aggression may be asked not to attend.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
